i am in the last year of my b.com . I want to do an MBA . Can i know the total information ? My friend said there are 2 semester in 1st year . Total subjects are not 16 . The minimum passing subjects should be 12 otherwise no admission for 2nd year mba . Is that true?

If you are in your last year of graduation, you are eligible to apply for MBA program.  Firstly I would like to tell you to go for factual information rather than what your friend is telling you about passing marks and subjects. Different B-Schools have different criteria.
