If your budget is low or whatsoever, you must try for admission in Government Colleges as their fees are also quite low and their facilities are also top notch. For this, you will need to score high scores and percentile in the various entrance exams which you have to pass with flying colors for admission in top engineering colleges

You can go for B. Tech, B. Com , BCA and many more courses which are specialized in Computer Science. Budget should not be a problem as there are many colleges in India whose course fee is so less but you need to qualify their eligibility criteria or their examination.
As per my knowledge doing Computer Science engineering from a reputed and low cost college if you are really interested in computer science is the best option .
