Hi aspirant,

You can get admission in less preferred branches in lower ranked IITs. Some of the things which you might get are:

IIT BHU ( Ceramic Engg)
IIT BHU (Mining Engg)
ISM Dhanbad ( Mineral Engg)
IIT Roorkee ( Integrated MSc Chemistry)
IIT Kharagpur ( Integrated MSc Chemistry)
