See this comes as an issue sometimes but the fact is if you belong to Non Creamy layer of OBC then no matter what is the reservation scenario in the central if you have a certificate of OBC NCL apply for it. Otherwise there is no use of it to be honest.

Hello aspirant. If you have OBC certificate , and you fall in Non Creamy Layer , of OBC category then you should fill OBC. If you don't have OBC certificate or you don't fall in Non Creamy layer then you are not eligible to fill OBC category.
