i am lived in hilly area but my education in vita wich was tahsil of my hilly area village can i abel to rseservation

You only get reservation when you belong to reserved categories in your own native state, area or in the country as a whole. You also get reservation if you are a minority in the area. But, you don't get any other reservation for hilly places etc., What you can do is apply for scholarship and give exams. If you qualify, you get scholarship for higher studies.
