    Dear Aakash,

    Since you are living in Gujarat, you will not be having the domicile certificate of  Maharashtra.  I think it will be difficult for you to claim the OBC status of Maharashtra for filling the JEE form, because the domicile certificate of the state is necessary for claimimg the OBC category benefits.
