there is no restriction for you in giving neet whether you are married or not you just have to complete your 10+2 with physics chemistry and bio and there is no maximum age limit

First of all, as of there is no upper age limit for appearing in NEET, hence no more restrictions as well in number of attempts, you can appear for NEET as long as you fulfill the criteria mentioned below;

Attained 17 years age by 31st December of the appearing year.

Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology/Biotechnology as core subjects.

PCB Aggregate inclusive of theory and practical needs to be attained against one's respective category
