I am MBA graduate with 5 years experience in executive level i would like to progress to managerial role any suggestion??

As you have written, you already possess an MBA degree. It is just the job profile which need a change. Having understood working processes as an executive, you should now talk to your manager for the next level of role within your existing orgnisation. In case, there is no such role in the current organisation, you should explore job opportunities in managerial position. The work you have done over the past 5 years and insgiths that you have gained in a particular area/domain/sector would hold key to the next job that you get.

Further, in the job interview, you need to discuss more on what you have learnt and how you would be contributing to the new organisation with your insights rather than just discussing your achievements in your current job.
