Sir/madam , I belongs bc-b in once category and also iam Muslim ,So can I eligible for both minority and obc reservation??

I am not able to properly able to comprehend your question. That being said let me try to make clear a few things.

If you belong to OBC category, you will be able to avail the benefits accorded under that category. But please note you can use your category for admission in your own home state only, and not in other states.

For institutes like NITs and IITs, where the central reservation criteria apply, you can however apply under OBC quota.

As for whether you belong to minority or not, you definitely should. It is because under the current scheme Muslims are considered a minority community. Also, your minority status is independent of which caste you belong to.
