You can get your TC ( transfer certificate) from your school after 12th if you have passed your board exams.
You have to apply for it.

Hello aspirant,
Yes you will get Transfer Certificate after 12th class if you have passed in your boards exams. Even if you are a NEET dropper it will not have any affect on the Transfer Certificate.
Talk to your school and obtain the certificate when you need it.
