I filled choices for Josaa yesterday and went to lock my choices today, they said i cant lock choices before 24 ? Has someone faced same

No it is not only you bro. It is all the fault of the site, it can't handle so much traffic so it becomes unresponsive. Try it again in some time ;) chill
