i am not able to open the form, it is showing as a duplicate session what to do??

Hello,
You might have a tab in the background and you didn't have closed it so it is showing like that. Just close everything and try to open it again as fresh. Now you will be able to open it. If still you are not able to open it then just put a mail to the concerned authority for the same.
