I am not able to understand the procedure of university for getting admission? can anyone help me

I would like to inform you that admission process of university is the process of students enters the university to get education. And most of the universities in india follows the central admission procedure. Applicants are ranked by exam grades, and submit their preference of universities/programs based on their rank and choice. Some such common entrance tests are:-

• Like JEE for NIT's and IIT's.
• (CAT), XAT, JMAT, MAT for IIMs.
• (GATE), the graduate exam for the IITs.
• Pre Medical Test (PMT)-conducted by the CBSE; the entrance exam for admission to MBBS program etc
