Hi Shikha,
As you had secured a good rank in the general quota itself so, yes it really doesn't matter if you don't even submit your girl's quota certificate in counselling because you can get good colleges with this rank itself.
But if bychance the window for correction gets open then i will suggest you to apply for your quota as well because if you get a chance then why to lost it.
Also, as its not sure that you will get the chance to make this correction then also don't get worried about this because it's not going to make huge difference at all.
You can easily get a seat in colleges of your choice with your general rank too.So go with it only(if now no correction can be done).
