I am not applied jee mains February session is nta will open website again for March session to apply

As per the announcement of Education ministry, JEE mains will be held 4 times in the year 2021, the candidate has the option to select for any number of as he wants, without restriction.

The portal will be e available for registration purposes and it is the NTA's responsibility for its activation on time. Don't worry!!

Yes, the NTA will open the separate application form window for the March session. So, don't be worry if you have not applied in the february session. You can apply to all the rest 3 sessions further. For more info regarding the JEE Mains 2021, visit the link provided below.
