I am not being able to upload my picture. they are in the size as stated by them. Can someone help me with this please

The documents upload is very strict process. You need to upload in size and the format specified. For photo generally they accepts .jpg/ .jpeg format. You may be uploading some other format photo.

So convert your photo in required format and size and then upload. You can use this tool for that.

And further you are unable then there may be techinical error.
