This may be happening if you had entered wrong email id.please make sure your email id is correct.If the issue persists,then you can try with different email id.Again if the problem is not solved you can contact jee through their helpline numbers and e-mail id mentioned in their website:

May be you are not entering the correct email id in the registration because this happens very less.
