i am not good in English so please you try to understand I'm fail in two subject (math, chemistry) now I want to give SOS but there is a problem that is I have to resubmit practice file.

Yes you have to submit the practical file and give the practicals again for chemistry.

Practicals are a great way to improve your grades so prepare for them well.
