    I am not having OBC-NCL certificate right now .How can I fill my JEE advanced application form??

    You have to submit scanned copy of your category certificate while filling jee advance application form there's no other way out. Last date to register for advance is 9th may try to manage to get your obc certificate till then else you need to fill jee advance under open category and you wouldn't be able to get any reservation.

    It must me issued after 1 april, 2019.There is a option that we can submit before 5 June but right now in form what I have to submit
