i am not included in central list of OBC.But i am included in state OBC.can i apply for EWS CERTIFICATE? ?please kindly tell to me...

Dear student,
The 10% ews category reservations does not include any other castes like obc, sc or st. If you are eligible for central ews certificate criteria then automatically you are eligible for state's criteria but vice versa is not true. In your case you can get a ews certificate as you are not an obc according to the central's criteria.
