i am not scoring good marks in chem.how should i strenghten this subject.
I hope you are doing well. So to score good marks particularly in chemistry it is very important to categories for what you are preparing for whether it is for boards or competitve exams.
Firstly the only thing you have to focus on is your board examination therefore, i would suggest you to honestly stick to you course book that is NCERTif CBSE board and solve each and every problem of it and understand every chapter of the book. After this you can approach to the side books such as OP tandon or JD lee your wish which book you want to prefer.
Next step will be your competitve problem solving booklets of coaching if you have joined any and if not you may prefer arihant.
Special advice : complete one book first don't get puzzled with 2 or 3 books.

Most of the students find difficulties while preparing chemistry subject , but if you try trust me it will become familier to you and looks easy too.
Be diligent in studying, practice all the numerical problems and equations. Pay extra attention to Organic Chemistry and study all the reactions thoroughly. Go through the NCERT book and concentrate on all topics. Practise all the exercises and questions. Do not leave any topic. Attempt papers and questions from sample papers and papers from the previous year and manage your time well.

Start to get interested in the subject , if you are not interested , start watching YouTube videos about chemistry and various cool experiments about chemistry . Have a very strong basics about the subject and build from it , and in the end keep practicing you exam questions. Few points to be noted below:
- Select the Right Books.
- Identify Important Topics, and Focus on Them.
- Stay Consistent with Revision.
- Attempt Mock Series and Test Papers
