I am not taking any coaching for medical therefore please guide e how to clear my medical exam

To be frank,in the prsent condition it is very difficult to get a medical seat without coaching.But i can suggest u a few things...
First make all your academic subjects very strong.Mug up whole of your biology text.Practice as many model question papers as you can.This would probably help you.
And above all..work hard..nothing can beat hardwork.
All d very bst!!

For bio u need to study the whole biology ncert (with diagram , all text) for chemistry u shall read ncert . for physics a good competitive book(may be Arihant )

It is so heartening to find someone like you.Thumbs up for your willingness to prepare by self.I felt i can answer your question well since i too had not taken the help of any coaching centres and had cracked NEET just after 12th.
True, that competitions in NEET is very high and you have to work with your heart and soul to crack it.From the very beginning stress on concept building in physics and chemistry.Regular practice of numericals and conceptual mcqs will boost your confidence.Never ever try to mug up anything in physics or chemistry.Develop mnemonics for biology preparation.Teach yourself the samethings that you learn.That way you can memorise more things in a short period of time.Stick to NCERT books during preparation.Away from that, do practice questions from the monthly magazines available for prepatation of NEET.Give special stress on few chapters ,from which questions are being asked frequently.
Thermal physics,modern physics,simple harmonic motion and spring mass related questions in physics ,chemical bonding, equilibrium,p and d block elements ,periodic classification and organic chemistry in chemistry are of prime importance.
Have your own timetable,stick to that.
Always remember HARD WORK ALWAYS PAYS AND GOD HELPS THOSE WHO HELPS THEMSELVES.

I was in a similar state myself, and I'm glad to tell you it isn't impossible to get a good college without coaching.
Most importantly, focus on the NCERT syllabus, especially for biology and chemistry.
For physics, an extra guide may be required to clear concepts and practice numerical.
Finally, I recommend getting NEET prep books (e.g.. 40 days NEET by arihant) and sample papers.

I would suggest you to go through the below tips - Know the syllabus - The first thing which you need to know is the complete syllabus and accordingly prepare. Important topics- Physics – Optics, Mechanics, Nuclear Physics, Thermodynamics, Chemistry – General Organic Chemistry, Mole Concept, Periodic Table, Coordination Chemistry, Chemical Bonding. Biology – Genetics, Ecology & Environment, Cell Biology, Morphology, Basics of Biotechnology, Reproduction, Physiology of Animals & Plants. Good Study Material - The most important element to prepare for any exam is good study materials as better to choose the standard preparation material.
Create a time table as per your schedule - Get a calendar and a diary, set your priorities, set out long study hours. Take care of your health. Don’t sleep during study time.
Practice NEET sample papers and previous year’s question paper - All NEET aspirants should do practice on sample and previous years papers as these would be helping them to know the important questions. Prepare notes - The best way to improve memory skills is to prepare notes while studying. Candidates should write down all the important notes in a copy or diary which can be useful for revision before the examination and save a lot of time for them. Online mocks - It would be better if you complete your syllabus till December and keep Jan-Feb for your sample papers and previous year papers and once you are done with these, start doing online mocks because these will be showing you all your weak areas along with actual paper pattern and accordingly you can practice again and this will also teach you time management skill during exam.

Lee for Inorganic Chemistry Dinesh Chemistry.

Also,  to get seat under AIQ better to get more than 560 and for state seats try to get more than 500 as this would be the safest score to get admission.

First thing i would like to know is in which standard u r right now - 11th/12th/ post 12..and next when are you planning to take the exam (NEET)..this will help to know the time you have to prepare.....Because there are n number of books in the market ..And no book can guarantee sure shot result........... What is more important is to follow limited books but follow them religiously...Like if you are reading NCERT books...don't leave a single example given in ncert specially in biology.....if you are confident enough of mastering NCERT then move to other reference book.....you can check your preparation level here in PREPMETER in careers360....best of luck....
