It depends on your interest in whch field you want to make your career. If you have PCM in class 12th & good computer science and programming(c++) then You can go for B.Tech in Computer Science with additional certificate program like cloud computing and virtualization tech.

If you want to start your career as a programmer, you can also go through C language and learn the basics. Every language has syntax and control structure and after going through c language throughly you can choose .net, php, java, c, c++, ruby, python etc.

Good Luck!
