All the colleges based on VIT does not take admission based on jee mains. They conduct their own entrance exam called VITEEE. The application for VITEEE is open now, till 29th feb. You can apply for it.
You can check for colleges in your state accepting jee mains rank for getting CSE. But, you have low chances that you will get CSE. Mention your state so that I can help you further
So, better appear for jee mains in april and perform better. All the best.
