I have a Maharashtra domicile but not obc NCL certificate but I have central OBC NCL certificate so can I apply state qouta in Maharashtra as well as I can apply Maharashtra obc NCL certificate..?

Hi aspirant,

Creamy layer and non creamy layers are the sub groups of the OBC category. These categories are determined based on the annual income of the family. Non creamy layer category will get the reservations and creamy layer do not. They will be treated as general category students.
