see what you will get will completely depend on the relative performance of the other students and if you are an OBC candidate you will definitely get into some private medical college or some peripheral government medical college with 400 + 4 but whether you will get it work out government medical college and especially so if you want it in a state outside your domicile using the 15% all India quota is a big question
to get into government medical colleges using the 85% state quota comfortably even with an OBC degree you will have to score in excess of 450 if not in excess of 500 so just 400 + will be a very dangerous benchmark since you may or may not make it through the best medical colleges in your state at the government level
