Yes definitely if take admission in B.B.A in any college in India or abroad you'll have to cancel your B.arch admission and your two semesters studied will be at loss but you should go for it if you have interest in it. You definitely should bear the loss and go forward if you have interest and passion for pursuing B.B.A instead of B.arch. Hope this might help you.
