Yes if u,re aspiring for medical there are too much benifit of it. Just remember in every exam like neet , iit jee u have a minimum cut off. If u get your marks above this cutoff u,ll surely get a top college!!

Yes, the advantage is you can get admission in Govt colleges at lower marks than a general candidate. But the competition is really tough now-a-days so it would be better to get a decent score so that you can get admission in your desired college. Good Luck!!!
