I am pass the 12th in a year of 2016-17 and i want to give exam like jee ,set,viteee,srmjee, I applicable or not because my 12th percent 67

All the exams you have mentioned have their own specific eligibility criteria. For example, eligibility criteria of JEE Main is different from that of VITEEE.

So you need to check the eligibility criteria of each of these exams individually.

A candidate can take JEE Main in 3 consecutive times... which means for 3 years, you could have taken it in 2016 and 2017, and now you are also eligible to sit for the test in 2018. If you are from reserved category, then you are eligible for admissions after clearing JEE Main 2018 (65%), but as gen category candidate you are not eligible (75% is required in 12th). However, from the second eligibility point of view, if you come in top 20 percentile of your state board, then you are eligible for admissions also.

For VITEEE 2018, you need to have 60% in PCM in 12th n 50% for reserved category. But you must be born on or after July 1, 1996.

For SRMJEEE, you need to have 55% in PCM in 12th for admissions into Delhi-NCR campus, while for the rest campuses, the candidates should have 60% aggregate marks in PCM in 12th.

Yes, you are eligible for writing all the exam which you have mention but in jee you should be under top 20 percentile therefore you have less chance for entering in jee if you belongs to open category.
