The most common career choice for students opting for PCB stream is to become a doctor. The first requirement is to clear NEET and/or the state medical entrance exams and secure a seat in a medical college. The undergraduate programs – MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery), BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) and BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) are of 5 years. Upon completion, the student can opt for postgraduate studies for specialization.

There's a lot of chances for  you. It totally depends on your point of interest, what you wnat to study. Go for the subject, which you like the most.
If you're a hard worker you can opt for MBBS. Second thing you can go for B.pharma, else go for B.Sc zoology, botany, biotechnology, biochemistry, agriculture etc. Huge options are there for you. So think carefully about your own interest, then choose.

Since you have taken PCB I'll assume you like biology. You can go for Botany or Zoology Hons, go for microbiology, biotechnology. Biotechnology has various fields like genetic engineering which is also gaining a lot of attention in the recent years and of course you can try fir medical.
