I am PCM Student, I got 85% in Mumbai U. and I got 88 persentile in MHT-CET. will I get adm. in Govt. Collage for Computer Science Eng.?

85% marks is NOTHING which matters.
LAST YEAR MY FRIEND's BROTHER got 94.34% in pcm from maharashtra board mumbai.
BUT MHT cET only 98 marks SO NO GOVT college.
