This is a good combination because it is important for lawyers today need basic knowledge of the issues of the corporate world.
Dear Aneena, in a world of Social Media is on a high, law and order are being looked upon as a medium of solution process by many people. Everyone wants tonknow their rights and everyone wants to have the rights of exercising their rights. So an expert in these matters has been in demand. And like never before for the past couple of years, Law has been a profession and an academic pursuit that many people have been looking out for. Once you successfully complete your Law, you need to register yourself with the Bar Council of India. You will have to practise under Senior Lawyers for a while because what you learn from books is different from what you learn in the court. Once you know that you have had enough exposure and now you are ready to do it on your own, you can have your own practise and a Law firm. A law firm is usually a joint venture between 2 lawyers. If you a flair for teaching, you can join as a Law Professor and if you have a for writing, you can become a Legal Journalist. You can join any company in it legal Department. Then there are the roles of Solicitor, Public Prosecutor, Defense Lawyers. Once you gain enough Practical exposure, you can work as a Mediator or an Arbitrator for ADR. Litigation is one field where you also can excel. To be honest, there is no one particular field that you can confine yourself to.
