I am preparing for jee , i facing problems with remembering results and formulas for long time , it doesn't matter how many times i revise them i eventually forget them . please help me store them permanently in my mind how should i do it?

Hey aspirant,
Hope you are doing well. If you want to remember the formulas, you can do what I did during my preparation. I wrote them all on a blank sheet and pasted the sheet in my study room where I could look at them everyday and trust me it helped me a lot. What you can do more is take out one hour time to revise formulas of all three subjects by writing them 5 times each everyday.

which formulas and results should i actually write because at some point of time i feel every result and formula is important

No, this should not be the case. Solve pyqs and then you will yourself understand what are the important formulas. Like for example in Centre of mass chapter write the centre of mass of the solid objects like ring,disc,sphere, semicircular objects etc. These are the things which should be in your mind. Rest, if your teacher has given you some important results then those should make a place in your list etc. Don't just mug up everything, analyze from previous year questions.
