Prithvi you need to make the affidavit of your father's name which is going to be considered as a authorized proof from the respective high court of your district inorder to not to face any trouble during the time of counselling and while filling any entrance exam form.

Sir I made mistake in filling the Jee entrance exam form. in Fathers name field I filled subramanya bhat gt . but really it was gt subramanya bhat .How can correct it now ?

You will get the correction time period by the NTA in October. In that period of time you can easily be able to rectify all your mistakes.
