I am prudhvi got 2810 rank in mba, But i had failed in degree. And i had passed yesterday in revaluation.can i appear for 2nd counseling.

Yes, you may pariticipate in the 2nd counselling provided you have got the minimum required eligibilty percentage after revaluation.
