Hi piyushpatil ! Through your MHCET score you are eligible to get an admission in Aurangabad but it depends on luck. You can get it in last moment or at last counseling. But through the rank of JEE main you may get it easily but here also bit of luck is required. Maximumly you cannot get a high graded stream but you can earn a seat atleast. so best of luck !
