There are few criteria to apply for EWS certificate-
- You must not covered under any reserved category that means you have to be general category.
- Your family has a gross annual income below Rs. 8 lakhs.
- If any agricultural land own by your family must be less than 5 acres.
- If any residential flat is owned by your family must be less than 1000 sq. Ft.
- If any residential plot owned by your family that must be less than 100 sq.yards (in notified municipalities).
- 6. If any residential plot owned by your family must be less than 200 sq.yards (other than in notified municipalities).
These are the criteria to be eligible for EWS. If you fulfill these criteria then you can contact your local Gov. Authority with required documents and valid ID proof.
