i am repeating my class 12th this year in state board . i had passed my 12th in 2018 . am i eligible for nit and jee main . i mean can it cause problem during counseling.

Yes, you are eligible to appear in JEE Main. According to your rank in the JEE Main, you will be eligible to take admission in a NIT.
It will not cause any problem in JoSAA Counseling as a student is eligible to appear for JEE Main three times. One is during Class 12th (first time, in your case it was Year 2018) and two times after that.
