I am residence of ap if I qualify in tseamcet and if study in telangana will I get reimbursement

Bro,Iam studying in telangana and iam a resident of ap.In the first phase of counselling I got a seat in Vardhaman and the fee is 1,05,000 in 2018 and I got 35k concession and the fee to be paid is 70k and my rank is around 6k.I paid the fee.I applied for 2nd phase and in the new allotment order it is mentioned that fee to be paid is 0.I got full refund of 70,000.Every year iam not paying the fee but the twist comes now.In the jnanabhumi website it is showing 35k is sanctioned.will I get full reimbursement or I have to pay remaining fee at the end of 4 years when collection of certificates. Please help me by replying this.It will be very helpful if you reply.Please don't feel frustrated reading the whole paragraph.
