If there is no option for OBC category i.e., 'OBC' then there definitely would be a option "OBC-NCL" in the application form whichever you try to fill up. If you don't get this option also, either the respective authority/ institution does not provide reservation based on the category or there is an error in the application form. In the latter case, you can contact the respective authority and ask them to resolve the issue at the earliest.
