No, you can't. As per CLAT Exam Eligibility for CLAT 2018 Law Entrance Exam, You need to have passed 12th. Here are some CLAT Exam criteria details.
- Obtained 45% marks or above in their +2 exam for general / OBC category or specially abled category.
- For SC, ST Category, Anyone who has obtained 40% marks or more in their +2 exam can apply.
- Also, those students who are appearing for +2 exam in March/ April of the year, can apply.

You can appear for CLAT exam after your 12th class. In order to be eligible you need to score at least 45 per cent marks in aggregate of the subjects appeared in the 12th board examination. Moreover, those belonging to SC and ST categories and applying for CLAT need to score at least 40 per cent marks in the aggregate of subjects.
There is as such no age limit in CLAT exam.
