I am sayan I got 87.69 percentile in jee mains 2019 my gen category rank stands 140014 and obc-ncl rank is 42090 can I get into nits ???

According to both you general and obc ncl rank, it will not ne possible for you to get into any top NIT.
But, you have a slight chance if you are from the home state of lower NIT's like NIT,Hamirpur and NIT,Durgapur.
But, it will not be possible because for obc ncl you need to secure a rank of less than 15k.
