I am SC caste I have got 71% in jee b-arch 2019 but I have fail in IPE and if I complete my fail subjects in supply will I get seat?

I am here to answer your question. Sorry for saying this but you are not eligible to get a seat because to sit in counseling it is a mandatory condition for state board students to have 75% and for CBSE it is 85%.But still, I suggest you to once enquire you intermediate college officials to get clarity because I don't want you to take a risk.
Whatever may be the condition please don't lose hope because life has so many chances for you.
