See there is no any fixed marks or cut-off marks announced by NTA to qualify NEET UG for any particular category because it is declared along with the result.

However to give you an idea I am enlisting down the qualifying cut-offs for NEET 2021 as released by National Testing Agency for different categories :-

-->>> General - 50th percentile - 720-138 marks

-->>> SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 137-108 marks

-->>> General-PwD - 45th percentile - 137-122 marks

-->>> SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile - 121-108 marks
