I am sc pwd candidate with 58.5% in my board exams with 225 rank SC pwd. Can I get into NIT

As you have mentioned above that you have scored 225 rank in the SC category and 58.5 percentile, there is a slightly fair possibility that you would be able to get a seat in the NIT's.
I would recommend to make a list of NIT's you want to apply to and email them your score.
