You should definitely prepare for your jee advanced. A score of 120 is a pretty decent score and if you study well then there is a good chance of you cracking advanced.You will just have to put a decent effort in your preparation.Preparing for advanced will also help you in getting a good score in other entrances like BITSAT,VITEEE etc
