i am scoring 120 in jee advance 2019 acoording to official answer key. is there any chance of getting admission in any IIT?

If you are just aiming to get a seat in any of the IITs then yes. You have got chances.
Or if u have any branch preference,just go for another try if you have any chance.
Or you can join one of the NITs if u can get one.
