This is an extremely good score and if we take this logically it also depends upon no of students qualified from UP and marks they get and also the difficulty level of the exam I have been following NEET where some states didn't do well like Maharashtra, Arunachal, Tripura, in UP 57% result is there so the probability is higher.
Since you have a domicile of UP your chances are even better so I would say that you will get admission and the probability is more than 90%
