i am selected in counciling ,pls answer my question

Congratulations for getting selected in counselling. Now, you will have to move forward for further steps. If you are satisfied with alloted seat you can freeze it and go for document verification and fee payment in your alloted college ( online /offline this will be notified by the individual college itself ).

Secondly, if you are not satisfied with the alloted college you can upgrade but only after accepting the current alloted seat and fee payment there. Then wait for next round. If seats will be vacant you will be alloted a different college as per your preference and then you will have to go for verification and fee payment there.

Keep in mind that you if you have been alloted your first preference you will not be eligible for upgrade (as no further preference is there) so you will have to freeze the seat, complete documents verification and pay the fee.
