I am so disturbed I know I have only to focus my exams but I just can't concentrate can u please advice me something?

Hello dear student,
I know we all go through this phase and it's really difficult to help ourselves. But you have to keep yourself strong and you got to concentrate on the things that are important right now . Time don't wait for anybody be it anyone . So once you give exams then you have all the time to do what you want to do. So don't worry just study that is the need right now. I hope this helps
